Before relying on these policies, management should confirm the current Utah background-check fee and concealed-permit treatment with Utah BCI; manufacturing, PMF, marking, recordkeeping, AFMER and Form 4473 procedures with ATF; storage, deposits, refunds, consignment, warranties and unclaimed-property language with a Utah attorney; home-occupation coverage with Roy City; and gunsmithing, manufacturing, shipping, customer-property and product-liability coverage with the insurer.
Still to decide: no-show fee; whether the $200 minimum applies to simple accessory installations; separate diagnostic fee; “rare firearm” criteria; consignment term and payout timing; shipping/service fee; PMF acceptance; non-firearm record retention; and whether any NFA/SOT services will later be activated under a separate policy.
